Apple Sync Services is not responding error – Spanning Sync not working

Hey all, I'm not sure if this is connected to the ongoing Google
problems or not, but Spanning Sync is no longer working on my Macbook
Air for about the past week and a half – I get a 'Apple Sync Services
is not responding' message – and waiting or cancelling doesnt seem to
help. I've reinstalled Spanning Sync several times to no avail.... and
its also wreaking havoc on my iCal (making about 8 copies of each
calendar entry)... I'd appreciate any suggestions!

Hi Sam,

Could you email us a troubleshooting report?

* Open the pref pane
* Click Advanced
* Click Create Report
* Email the file that appears on your desktop to
sup...@spanningsync.com
