H Peter,
The "Always Allow, Allow or Deny" alert is coming from the Apple
Keychain Manager, not Spanning Sync. You obviously should only have
to pick "Always Allow" only once, so I would suggest replacing the
Spanning Sync keychain items:
* Quit out of System Preferences (if open)
* Open Keychain Access (in /Applications/Utilities)
* Select "All Items" from the Category list on the left
* Search for "spanning"
* Delete all matching items
* Open the Spanning Sync pref pane
* Enter your account information
The first time Keychain Manager asked, make sure you "Always Allow"
the access. You will probably be asked twice, so answer "Always
Allow" for each one and you shouldn't see that prompt again.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Byron
