Viewing arch in Bath Factory Estate

Tommen and myself are viewing the arch on Monday at 11.30.

This is in behind the old Makerspace.

If anyone else is around and wants to help appraise the space....

Hi All,

See you down there.

We're just there to look, get an idea of the space and its possibilities, and the level of challenge it would present if we were to go for it.

We've already approached the landlord with some suggestions of what a Makerspace would offer, next we will need to see what kind of deal he has in mind...but today will not involve any negotiations.

We've told him that we could move quickly for the right space and the right deal, and I think that's important to hold in mind: taking an arch would most likely be a three year commitment, so not something to rush into out of desperation!
