Well, for starters, there's nothing like CloudSolrServer in SolrNet, so there is no client-side integration with Solr Cloud.
You could probably build something like that with a ISolrConnection implementation using a ZooKeeper client, see  http://web.archive.org/web/20101229063712/http://erichauser.net/
