Looking for individuals that feel pride when they figure out how something works, and how to make something work better.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating, maintaining and reviewing test documentation * Testing all facets of a product, and insuring defects are caught early in the process. * Trouble shooting technical issues on all manner of devices * Being a Subject Matter Expert on any number of processes, technologies or customers. * Communicating consistently, concisely, and coherently.
Education & Experience
* BA/BS degree preferred. * 5+ years experience in software testing. * 2+ years experience in Mobile * 4+ years experience creating test documentation * Experience working directly with customers
Desired Skills
* UI Design Focus * Coding Experience * Test Automation experience * Excellent communication skills. * Strong technical trouble shooting and problem solving skills. * Attention to detail, and ability to communicate that detail to others. * Understanding of the importance of User Experience
