Quality Assurance Analyst

• Define and accurately estimate scope, resources, and schedule requirements necessary for testing activities • Work with TSS project managers/coordinators to understand system requirements and develop a test plans, cases, and scripts • Execute manual and automated test scripts • Work with TSS developers to troubleshoot and reproduce test findings • Liaise with internal and external customers to implement and document testing efforts • Research, identify, and implement tools and systems for improving software quality assurance processes at the Foundation • Perform other duties, as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field with at least two years of related testing experience. • Experience in manual and automated testing of web based applications • Experience developing test cases and using systems for tracking bugs and defects

• PC Proficient: E-mail, Microsoft Office, and related software applications • Understanding of relational databases, SQL, HTML, Object Oriented Programming and Microsoft .Net architecture

• Experience with manual and automated testing systems for web based applications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work and negotiate effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community • Understanding of the system development life cycle and associated documents
