Solutions Test Engineer
* Excellent software or hardware testing skills required
* Excellent problem isolation and diagnosis skills required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Proficiency with MS Windows and various office software such as MS Word, MS Project and MS Visio required
* Networking/telecommunications skills (IP, ISDN, SIP, TIP, telephony) strongly desired
* Knowledge in Cisco/MS/Avaya/Siemens/Broadsoft/MSFT Lync a plus
* Programming/scripting (Silk, Java, C/scripting languages) skills a plus
* UC Videoconferencing experience a plus
* Bachelors degree required (prefer technical field)
* 5 years job experience required (preferably in software or hardware testing) Additional Information
