Software Quality Assurance Manager

# At least a BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IS, or other related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Software Quality with 7 years of experience as a QA/Test Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Manager role. # 5 or more years experience with Web applications # 3+ years build and performance testing and/or release engineering management experience with multi-tier web application architecture and deployment # Experience in Internet, mobile and wireless platforms, distributed systems design and testing required # Hands on technical experience in developing and delivering QA automation frameworks, technology and tools # A proven track record of launching quality consumer products # Experience working with source control across projects with at least 5 concurrent branches throughout the project lifecycle and expert understanding of merging, branching, versioning, labeling, and managing the release of production code # Experience with Weblogic application servers # Experience with Continuous Integration using Jenkins, CruiseControl, or similar tool # Experience testing database driven applications including data validation using SQL # Strong analytical skills in assessing user, functional, and technical requirements and documentation and identifying high risk and key test areas # Very strong understanding of common SWQA and SW development processes and methodologies # Strong technical competency and experience with web applications and platforms, web services, Java, .NET, j2EE, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, REST, SOAP, SOA, Eclipse, SQL, JUnit, Cucumber, unit-testing and RDBMS technology is a must # Proven track record delivering software using Agile and waterfall methodologies, ideally in a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment # Solid experience with testing global, high scale, customer centric web sites, online retail or other transactional website experience # Must have strong MS Project skills and MS Excel skills (charts, pivot tables, formulas) # Excellent influencing skills # Excellent organization skills and the ability to achieve results within tight deadlines # Plan, schedule, organize, design, and execute multiple concurrent projects # Comprehensive testing coverage to facilitate early bug discovery # Responsible for development of test strategies and creation of appropriate test harnesses. # Driving re-usable technology foundations across initiatives - Functioning as the 'architect' for advanced tools and techniques to enable highly repeatable testing across multiple product platforms
