Software Test Specialist
Seeking test specialists, entry and mid-level, to join a test team responsible for applying rigorous testing standards to our software applications, systems, and web sites developed using a variety of technologies.
Testers will participate in the software development life cycle, using established testing processes applicable at each stage.
You must be able to apply a structured workflow and use specialized software testing tools.
The software applications you test will include those for computer-assisted surveys, PDAs (personal digital assistant), IVRs (interactive voice response system), data editing, and automated data capture.
Candidates must have education or experience with a variety of test types including functional, database, accessibility, exploratory, and regression testing.
Knowledge of software languages and testing technologies, such as, Test Partner, LoadRunner, SQL, HTML, CSS2, ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic and Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, and XML is desirable.
You should be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, possess strong testing skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements. A bachelor’s degree is required.
