SQA Analyst

* Perform Functional and Regression testing. * Develop and maintain test scenarios, scripts and test plans. * Detect software quality issues, report and track them to resolution. * Participate in the testing of Production Emergency Bug Fixes. * Help establishing automation (Regression) test strategies and requirements, planning and procedures. * Proactively come up with innovative methods to constantly improve quality, test coverage, efficiency and regression coverage thru automation for projects. * Serves as a contact for input and interpretation of issues that impact product performance and system stability. * Collaborate with business analysts, system engineers, network, development, and other teams to understand and validate configuration settings to ensure optimal product performance, scalability and availability for production environments. * Execute automation scripts as required for development, and debugging efforts to ensure system performance and stability. * Assist in post-implementation, continuous improvement efforts to enhance systems and applications. * Identify product performance issues during new product development. * Keep current on product trends and technology innovations. * Perform on-demand testing as requested.

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent. * 3+ years experience with quality assurance & testing methodologies. * 3+ years experience with web-based applications. * 3+ years experience analyzing system and application failures and bugs. * 3+ years experience in automated testing, Experience in test automation tools is required. * Comfortable working with various technologies including XML, Web Services, .Net and SQL. * Comfortable with web servers, application servers, relational database technologies and network components. * Ability to write, debug and maintain test cases/scripts. * Experience in requirements and specifications reviews.
