Software QA / Test Manager Work with peer managers and outsource teams to manage a test group delivering platform product components.
Lead and support cross-site test initiatives.
Manage team performance and provide individual guidance
Manage a software test lab and work with test leads to implement and track schedules
Work with senior managers, program managers and product managers to understand product requirements and develop project test requirement.
An appreciation for the needs of customers
A sense of urgency in delivering solutions
A work style that fosters teamwork and an open communication style.
Capabilities to lead a talented and experienced software test group.
A proven track record of leading software test teams and delivering quality products.
Significant experience in testing methodologies and processes.
Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams in a dynamic, fast time to market and customer focused environment.
Over 8 years experience in commercial software testing
Over 3 years experience in leading and managing test teams
Experience managing a software groups of at least 8 contributors
