Quality Assurance Lead

* Conduct system testing, including functional, UAT, integration, regression and performance * Test case/script development and trace to requirements * Identify and develop test data as necessary * Identify and report defects and issues using quality practices * Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) maintenance * Analyze and report testing metrics * Support configuration management and release activities * Support developers in determining the source of defects * Evaluate, maintain and improve testing methodology within the product development lifecycle * Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience as a quality assurance tester working in a system development environment (i.e. requirements analysis, software development, network support, etc.) * Experience with test and requirements management tools * Experience with automated testing tools * 2+ years’ experience working as a contributing member of a Configuration Management team or process * Willingness to work at client site and adhere to client’s security protocols * Highly detail oriented with proficiency at reviewing and understanding technical requirements documentation * Experience with Serena testing tools such as Team Track and PVCS * Experience as a QA Lead * Strong knowledge of browser-based testing and plug-ins. * Experience with performance and stress testing * Ability to write automated test scripts
