QA Engineer
• Wrote, extended, and maintained test plans for the areas developed by the team • Created and maintained functional and regression tests • Reproduced issues that had been escalated from client inquiries (support tickets, bug reports, forum posts, etc.) and provided input to the developers • Collaborated with the global QA Engineering team
• 2+ years of professional experience in the QA field • Knowledge of QA testing methodologies and testing types (Functional / UI testing / Performance / Load / Stress Testing) • Understanding of software technologies and the development process • Experience with automation testing/tools • Knowledge and understanding of Web services would be considered an advantage • Professional QA experience with Load/Performance testing would be considered an advantage • Experience with Mobile devices would be considered an advantage • Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills • Team player with excellent communication skills • Down-to-earth and friendly personality
• Constant stream of fun challenges to solve - with the resources to solve them • Friendly, informal and knowledge-sharing environment with smart people around you
