OT Edward III Descent for Jane Dalston (d. 1710)

Jane Dalston, born about 1655, and died 11 June 1710, buried 24 June 1710 at Holy Trinity Church, Wetheral, Cumberland. She was the wife of William Howard, who inherited Corby Castle in Cumberland on the death of his elder brother Francis in 1702.

Jane was the daughter of John Dalston of Acorn Bank (born at Hutton Hall, Penrith, Cumberland, baptized 15 October 1611 at St Andrew Church, Penrith; died 13 April, buried 18 April 1692 at St Michael Church, Kirkby Thore, Westmorland), and his wife Lucy Fallowfield (born about 1618; buried 5 September 1682 at St Laurence Church, Morland, Westmorland). Their marriage settlement is dated 20 October 1634.
