Her parents were Lewis Smith of Wootton Wawen and Hon. Elizabeth Monson, daughter of the 1st Viscount Monson. I was confusing the Monkton family (who descend from Edward III) with the Monson family.
Mary, Constantia & Catherine Smith were sisters. Mary, the first to wed, was most likely the eldest, born about 1714-15 or so. She married 1734, Thomas Howard of Corby Castle (1677-1740). She was a much younger third wife, and died just a few months after the marriage, buried 16 May 1735 at Holy Trinity Church, Wetheral, Cumberland. If Mary's death occurred due to childbirth, the infant didn't survive. Leo has Mary Smith, with no parents, in his database, here:

Constantia, born about 1718 or so, married 1st by 1739, John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1685-1751). She was a much younger second wife, and had a son and a daughter with him. Constantia married 2nd (settlement 15 September) 1755, Peter Holford of Wootton Hall in Wootton Wawen, Warwickshire, a family seat Constantia had inherited from her brother Francis. Constantia had two daughters with her second husband, and died 17 July 1758.
The year following Constantia's death, her sister Catherine Smith professed a Benedictine nun at Cambrai, taking the name 'Josepha Carrington', and died in the convent there 3 November 1785:

That these three Smiths were sisters to Francis Smith, who assumed the surname Carrington when he was found legal heir to the childless head of the family Charles Smith, 3rd Viscount Carrington (1635-1706). In 1748, on the death of the widowed Viscountess Carrington, the family seat Wootton Hall came into Francis Carrington's possession. He died the following year, in 1749, leaving a sole child, a daughter who died unmarried in 1754, when Francis's surviving sisters Constantia and Catherine Smith above, were found to be his heirs to Wootton Hall.
This is all laid out in 'Wright v. Cadogan', a 1764 lawsuit in the High Court of Chancery, brought by John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1740-1792), Constantia's son and heir:

In a message to 'Notes & Queries' in 1850, Lord Monson stated that the parents of Francis Carrington (formerly Smith) of Wotton Hall (and thus the parents of his three Smith sisters above), were Lewis Smith and Elizabeth Monson:
"The last Lord Carrington died 17 May, 1706: the estates of Wotton came to Lewis Smith, who married Eliz., daughter of William Viscount Monson, and relict of Sir Philip Hungate. His son Francis Smith Carrington died in 1749, and left one daughter and heir. What relation was Lewis Smith to the Smiths Lord Carrington? No pedigree gives the connection":

Stirnet incorrectly has Francis Carrington (formerly Smith) (d. 1749) as the father of Constantia Smith Wright Holford instead of her brother, and is not certain of Francis's parentage:

VCH Warwickshire Vol. 3, sub Wootton Wawen, says, "She died in 1748 and Francis Smith alias Carington (a descendant of Francis, a brother of Charles the 1st Viscount) succeeded to it but died in the following year", without providing any details on the parentage of Francis Smith Carrington:

Many thanks to John Higgins for bringing to my attention the 1907 book 'History and Records of the Smith-Carrington Family' by Walter A. Copinger, the historian/genealogist best known for his series 'The Manors of Suffolk'. The book can be downloaded as a pdf file thru the Family Search Catalog:

Copinger makes it clear that Francis Carrington (formerly Smith) of Wootton Hall (d. 1749), and thus also his three Smith sisters, were the children of Francis Smith of Aston Hall in Munslow, Shropshire (born 8 February 1677, died 11 March, buried 15 March 1721 St Michael Church, Munslow), married 1708, Catherine Southcote (born 1684, died 27 September, buried 30 September 1720 St Michael Church, Munslow).
Through their mother Catherine Southcote, the Smith siblings are descended from Edward IV thru his bastard daughter Margaret Lumley, as follows, with links to the most recent individuals in Leo's database for each.
Edward IV = (probably) Margaret Fitzlewis, Dame Lucy (1440-1466, descended from Edward I), and had
A1) Margaret [Plantagenet] (b. c.1462) m. Sir Thomas Lumley (c.1462-1503, descended from Edward III), and had
A2) Roger Lumley of Ludworth Tower m. Isabel Ratcliffe (descended from Edward I), and had
A3) Agnes Lumley (d. 1564) m. John Lambton of Lambton Castle (c.1505-1549), and had
A4) Robert Lambton of Lambton Castle (d. 1583) m. Frances Eure (descended from Edward III), and had
A5) Isabel Lambton (1552-1623) m. Sir Nicholas Tempest, 1st Baronet of Stella (1553-1625), and had
A6) Isabel Tempest (c.1583-1663) m. Sir Bertram Bulmer of Tursdale (1579-1638, descended from Edward III), and had
A7) Margaret Bulmer m. 1) John Smythe of Embleton (d. 1649, descended from Edward I), and had
A8) Sir Edward Smythe, 1st Baronet of Eshe Hall (1634-1714) m. Mary Lee (1643-1678, descended from Edward III), and had
A9) Mary Smythe (1665-1719) m. Sir George Southcote, 2nd Baronet of Blyborough (1664-1689, descended from Edward I), and had

A10) Catherine Southcote (1684-1720) m. Francis Smith of Aston Hall (1677-1721), and had two daughters A11A & A11B
A11A) Mary Smith (c.1714-1735) m. Thomas Howard of Corby Castle (1677-1740, descended from Edward III)
A11B) Constantia Smith (c.1718-1758) m. 1) John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1685-1751, descended from Edward III)
This makes Sir Henry Joseph Lawson, 3rd Baronet of Brough Hall, in addition to being descended from Charles II thru his mother, an Edward IV descendant thru his father the 2nd Baronet, as so, starting with Constantia Smith (#A11B above).
A11B) Constantia Smith (c.1718-1758) m. 1) John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1685-1751, descended from Edward III), and had
A12) John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1740-1792) m. 1) Winifred Silvertop (c.1742-1780, descended from Edward I), and had
A13) John Wright of Kelvedon Hall (1763-1826) m. Elizabeth Lawson (1770-1812, descended from Edward III), and had
A14) Sir William Wright [later Lawson], 1st Baronet of Brough Hall (1796-1865) m. Clarinda Catharine Lawson (1801-1861, descended from Edward III), and had
A15) Sir John Lawson, 2nd Baronet of Brough Hall (1829-1910) m. 2) Agnes Mary Matilda Molyneux-Seel (1851-1945, descended from Charles II), and had

A17) Sir Henry Joseph Lawson, 3rd Baronet of Brough Hall (1877-1947) m. Ursula Mary Howard, heiress of Corby Castle
Thanks again to John Higgins for looking closely into the Smith-Carrington family.
Cheers, ----Brad
