Dear Japan,
from newspapers I have learned that Article 9 of
the Constitution of Japan precludes and prohibits Japan from raising
and operating any military force.

I am writing this because I am obligated to do so under Articles 1,
13, 39, 40, 45, 60, 61 and 63 of the Magna Carta which was assented
to, signed and decreed by King John of England on June 15, 1215.

The Magna Carta from Britain was extended to United States of America
and is still in force. While the Magna Carta allows the temporary or
even the permanent suspension of the Crown, it does not allow itself
to be suspended by or under any means. When USA defeated Japan in
WWII and occupied it, the Magna Carta automatically extended to and
started protecting Japan. As such the USA never had the authority to
draft any Constitution for Japan that could preclude and prohibit the
raising and operation of any military. In fact it is illegal for the
USA to draft such a Constitution and for Japan to agree to it.

Therefore, by the Powers of the Magna Carta, Article 9 of the
Constitution of Japan is illegal and invalid. Besides, the United
Nations Charter obligates all members to live in peace in humanity.
As such, Japan is obligated both by the Magna Carta and the United
Nations Charter to raise and operate an Armed Forces for the sake of
Global Peace.

The Magna Carta is also the solution for the Palestinian-Israeli
conflict. One needs to enforce it. Likewise, the Magna Carta is also
the solution to the anomaly of the Guantanamo prisons. Under the
Magna Carta it is illegal for those prisons to exist.

The Magna Carta was demanded, negotiated, agreed, signed, created,
given and received in the Name and under the Grace of GOD, Only fools
will neglect it.

Thank you and regards.
