davos.snabb.co lab update

Howdy!

I have received the new lab server davos.snabb.co and installed a
bunch of 10G (Intel, Solarflare, Chelsio) and 40G (Mellanox) network
cards. I'm sticking this one in my basement instead of colocation and
I need to pick up a little more hardware to make it accessible over
the internet (ssh) -- will say when ready.

This server is for device driver development and regression testing.
Go crazy :-).

I will also add an Intel I340 (4x1G) NIC like Alex at SWITCH plans to
use for his appliance.
