Mail problem????

Hi Smuggers,

mail app suddenly will not allow me to bin spam messages reporting back……….

“couldn’t be copied to “Messages” because an item with the same name already exists.”

So………I can’t trash the spam particularly although the odd personal message will trash OK.

I have "rebuilt" mailboxes and "repaired permissions" (twice) plus restarting several times!

Using 10.8 on a MacPro QuadCore (early 2009)

Any ideas please from the Smuggers???
