Google Maps iOS... some thoughts

Hi all

Downloaded the above and have noted how far Google have come in terms of UI... boy does it look better than their apps of even less than a year ago.

It also has voice-delivered turn-by-turn navigation, and this works on my iPhone 4. 

Now, I have this naive trust, that the reasons Siri and 'voice-turn' isn't available in iOS6 for my device, was for performance issues, rather than tempting me to upgrade! But, now Google have shown how nicely it works, has my ignorance been highlighted?!?!

Any thoughts people?
