Dear Alumnae
The AGM will be held on the 15th April at 5.30pm in the Hall at SJSS.
1. Office Bearers
· Nomination Forms for Office Bearers are attached. No other forms will be accepted.
· Nominations for Office Bearers should reach the Secretary no later than 13th April, 2012
· Acceptance of nomination is indicated by the signature of the person being nominated.
· All names of persons should be printed clearly where necessary and signatures provided where necessary.
· Scanned signed forms will be accepted by the Secretary via email with originals presented to the Secretary before the commencement of the AGM.
As the outgoing President I ask that you give serious consideration to those whom you wish to nominate for positions to lead the Alumnae in this Emerald Jubilee year. Some of the characteristics and skills you might consider when thinking of people to nominate (who must agree) are leadership, respected, committed, enthusiastic, level headed, willing to learn, very good time-keeping, good verbal and written communication skills, skills useful in running an organization – finance, management, organizational, fundraising, secretarial, willing to work, very good interpersonal skills, community spirit, able to uphold the vision of our school, practicing the Catholic faith or whichever faith they belong to, .
2. Amendments to the Constitution
Amendments to the Constitution should reach the Secretary by 7th April which is 7 days before the AGM on 15 April. The Constitution is available on the SJSS Facebook site.
