Sipxcom and Linphone Release 4 on Windows 10

Has anyone gotten Linphone release 4.x working  successfully with Sipxcom 17.04 or 17.08 on Windows 10. I have tried to install Linphone on two Windows 10 systems (one is a fresh system) and register to standalone and HA versions of Sipxcom. Linphone registers successfully but crashes - either after a call has been answered when placing an outgoing call or when a hardphone ends the call.
