Call disconnects when transferred to VM

sipXcom 19.04  (19.04.20190522074125).  When a call is transferred to VoiceMail by IVR, instead of the 'beep', caller is disconnected.  I tried moving the VM storage location to /home/vm  System did not create folder, am making folder now.  

Any thoughts?

Switch the message format back to .wav worked for me.

A workaround was posted in the ticket. The issues will be addressed in 19.08.

Workaround: 

wget http://download-ib01.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/l/lame-libs-3.100-1.el7.x86_64.rpm 

yum localinstall lame-libs-3.100-1.el7.x86_64.rpm 

yum install libshout mpg123-libs 

wget http://repo.okay.com.mx/centos/7/x86_64/release//freeswitch-format-mod-shout-1.6.20-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm 

rpm -i --force freeswitch-format-mod-shout-1.6.20-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm 

then restart freeswitch
