Any plans to support Centos 7 with latest version SipXcom or is it already possible?

Not currently possible.

Working on 'containerizing' entire system for 17.12 release with docker (you can follow on '.docker' branches). This will, of course, allow you to run on CentOS 7 (or any other OS you'd like to).
