SilverStripe 4.0.0 Beta 4 Release Announcement

SilverStripe 4.0.0 Beta 4 has been released!

This release includes several major performance enhancements, as well as supporting modules in the vendor folder, and adjustments to the index.php and .htaccess files.

Note that this beta introduces changes which require manual fixes to your root .htaccess and index.php files, which are detailed in these changelogs.

To get setup, you can install this using composer (as below):


    composer create-project silverstripe/installer ./ss40 4.0.0-beta4



You can also download pre-built zip / tar from https://www.silverstripe.org/download/.
