SilverStripe 3.2.2-rc1 and 3.1.17-rc1 release announcement

SilverStripe 3.2.2-rc1 and 3.1.17-rc1 are ready for review and download.

These releases contain only bugfixes, and do not introduce any new API.

To get setup, you can install this using composer (as below):
