Innovation Patent - SME /legal

Hi guys I have a online idea/concept which I wish to lodge an
innovation patent for in Australia.

I need to talk to a IP SME / legal to determine if its firstly "Patent-
able" and for some one to pull together all the legal paper work for
the submission to IPAustralia.

Any recommendations or contacts? Also someone that is not going to
charge me a bomb! (Time poor & cash poor)
