[OT] 股票或期权 该选哪个？

大家好，

我最近拿了一个Offer，有股票或期权可以选择。

 1）100%股票：X股
 2）100%期权：X*4ADS股
 3）50%股票：X/2股+50%期权：X/2*4ADS股

必须在这三种方式中选择一种。

我查了一下该公司最近5年的股价。
貌似最近是最高的了。

大家觉得我应该选哪种呢？

个人认为，股票比期权套现能力强，其他貌似就只能看2级市场价格了。

2级市场价格就看财报和市场预期了。

貌似是携程的？

是按美股来还是国内公司法规则

如果是美股可能还涉及到汇率情况。
