【OT】小型开发环境推荐

各位大神，有没创业公司搭建过开发环境的？

一直不太满意现在的配置。特来请教

现状：

    人数：5个软件+3个实习+6其他​研发+3其他人员

公司内部wiki:买了confluence & jira & bitbucket ​

​服务器，暂时还没有，打算配个台式机当server用。

路由买的极路由，拉的电信的100M光纤。

问题：

1.是不是需要购买个刀片做服务器？

2. 有没有内部共享文档数据的好办法，还是直接搭个NFS？

3. 有必要拉有线的网么？还是直接都WIFI

4. 开发环境感觉新手学习曲线有些高，有没有更好的推荐的？​

建议每个座位都配备有线，哪怕平日不用。又没多少钱。等出了麻烦你就知道省这一根线是多蠢了。

刀片其实不是很必须，台式机上配几块SSD，插满内存开虚拟机。很便宜的机器也能像模像样的挡一阵。当然，如果这样都挡不住了。说明你可以直接上一对大容量服务器了。

owncloud怎么样？或者samba也很常用。

nfs貌似不太好用，推荐下sshfs，如果没有windows的话，会很好用。
感觉小公司一台gen8都能挡下来吧，虽然觉得公司还是买大一点的好了

其实很难说。开始我们的虚拟机只有研发做测试，很省。后来测试需要搞不同环境的模拟，瞬间不够用。所以就直接上了一对服务器。

这种事情，在量小的时候都很难抵挡暴涨暴跌效应的。只有在量大之后，不同公司间交错，使得暴涨暴跌不那么明显。

这么几个人，文件共享买个低配群晖就好了。
每个办公位都有网口是必需的。
然后局域网千兆是有必要的。

不建議用 sshfs.

ssh 除非加上了 hpn patch set, 不然使用在千兆環境下單 CPU 會是 bottleneck.

初创公司能够买confluence和jira看上去不是很差钱儿啊,哈哈

路由的话我们公司用的是淘宝上花200块钱买的淘汰机器自己搭的, 如果团队里面稍微有个喜欢折腾的人,自己用pc搭个网关其实非常容易

内部文档共享最早我们用的是ftp, 后来设计啥的用着实在不爽然后就换成owncloud

网线的话还是必须的, wifi信号等到终端一多起来基本上就是日了狗的状态,完全不能满足工作需要(至少非企业级的wifi热点是这样的,说实话企业级的wifi热点终端一多了也基本一个德行)

至于要不要上刀片这个事情,要根据你们业务需要咯, 不知道你们做的东西是不是需要强计算的? 刀片服务器其实主要是比较稳定, 专业服务器的内存有校验,然后计算能力稍微强一些, 当然了

价格可能也稍微贵一些,不过其实市面上1w多的刀片服务器也是有的, 品牌的服务器买的就是它的稳定性, 在公司自己用的话感觉稳定性不是那么重要咯,毕竟离得近,挂了过去重启一下就行了.

当然不差钱儿的话刀片毕竟看上去好一些,主要是省地方.

开发环境指的是什么代码管理? IDE? 依赖框架? 这个还真就没办法给建议了,跟用的技术栈强相关的

我朋友那边配置的是  DELL R720  16Core + 32GB RAM  + 千兆网卡  

全部都用tower.im来做工作流。然后自己在服务器上用gitlab搭建了自己的git仓库，所有人用ubuntu系统。

公司内部wiki 用的是dokuwiki或者mediawiki。

 邮件用腾讯邮箱。光纤拉进来接了华硕AC88U 做无线覆盖。

 那台服务器还有很大的空间和潜力。

开发环境，甚至公司内部协作用的服务器，都可以用普通PC代替，便宜，随便折腾，当然要做好数据备份。
至于商业软件，有钱自然是买正版，没钱的话，尽量用开源方案方案吧；老外一直对我们不尊重知识产权颇多微辞。

1. 路由器用爱快，流控做的很好，下载游戏上网都不干扰。硬件么淘宝上搜就好了，一般600左右。

2. NAS自己拼吧，6个4T硬盘，差不多550MB/s，当然10G光纤网卡是少不了的。Samba比较方便，速度也不错。放放小片子游戏系统啥的也够了。

3. 既然10G了，交换机换个带光纤的吧。网吧用的OEM就好，这样几个人同时看4K的片子不卡。

4. 代码什么的，放NAS那个机器吧。搞个E3-1231，16G内存的机器。Atlassian一套够了。Bitbucket都嫌曲线高，那就别搞开发了。

5. 千万不要用WIFI！一是慢，二是USB网卡没几个月准烧。

6. 项目管理嫌Jira麻烦的话，那就Teambition吧。
