为什么opensuse安装kernel、udev、virtualbox等一些包会花很多时间

这么包每次都要重新编译吗？等了老半天输出一堆内核模块名字（好像每次都一样的）
在debian/ubuntu和archlinux下安装包除了下载都不用花什么时间
