[shlug]求助查看红帽的一个页面

HI,各位，

在查询一个内核参数的时候，找到了红帽的这个页面，奈何账号权限不够，没法查看，

请有权限查看的朋友，帮忙贴一下答案

或者能有直接知道fs.quota.sync这个参数的作用的，给说明一下关于这个参数的用途，效果，以及产生的影响。

亦或者能有可以查询各种内核参数说明的网站地址的，那是最好不过了，以后也能用得上。

另外补充下，查询这个参数的原因，最近发现同一机房网络环境下的3台硬件配置以及应用服务配置均相同的设备，其中一台出现了服务不稳定，访问失败率高出另两台设备一倍的情况，而根据自己浅薄经验，觉得应该是系统参数方面的原因导致，在对比内核参数时，发现了这个fs.quota.sync的区别。
