Firefox compatible version for selenium RC

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what version of firefox is compatible with Selenium RC 2.31?
Or if you can point me where to find this compatibility, it would be great.

Hi Krishnan,

I had a look at this, but unfortunately this doesn't have the summary for version 2.31.
I use firefox version 17 and firefox version 3, but in firefox version 17, selenium is not able to launch firefox quite frequently.
So, if anyone is using selenium 2.31 version, they can guide me with the best FF version to be used.

I think the below holds true for 2.31.0 as well

v2.32.0

  This release supports Firefox verions: 10esr, 17esr, 19, 20

2.33.0 brought in support for FF21
2.32.0 brought in support for FF20
2.31.0 brought in support for FF19

Looking at the CI server (http://ci.seleniumhq.org:8080/) I would expect Selenium to support the current version and the previous one. With this in mind I would expect 2.31.0 to support:

FireFox 19
FireFox 18
FireFox 17 ESR
FireFox 10 ESR

Hi Krishnan,

I saw that. But I am unsure if the version installed in our servers. If it supports the version 17 ESR, does it support the version 17.0.6?
I am confused with this. I will ask our systems team also regarding the version installed in our servers.
