SCM Manager 2.0.0 rc4 Subversion update

Hi there 

just downloaded and installed 2.0.0 rc4 and noticed the version of Subversion is 1.7.14 and the latest is 1.13.0 can we update to the latest version with SCM or what is the highest version we can update to with out causing any problems

Also GIT is very old as well if you can help with this that would be great.

Hi John,

SCM-Manager uses SVNKit and JGit for integration. You are right that both libraries have newer versions available. (SVNKit offers 1.10.1 instead of 1.9.0, JGit has 5.6.1 instead of 5.4.0). We are working on both updates, so that one of the next versions should have those.

What I am wondering is, where your versions come from. The installed binaries of svn and git on the server running SCM-Manager are of no relevance, because they are not used (only hg is of interest here).
