The impact of your Perception Energy* Particles making contact with
 Harmful Life Energy Particles

	(such Harmful Life Energy that intends and brings about, the
	 destruction of people's life, in whatever way, like "to destroy
	 you utterly" - as it is typically being inflicted for instance
	 by l. ron hubbard)

 shows up electrically in your body, and is measured to show as

	- 100 to 200 millivolt (as a signal-DECREASE), typically,
	
		within a time span of typically one tenth (1/10th) of a
		second, to one second,

	  as Connection and Impact Energy; and this is immediately
	  followed by:

	- 100 to 300 millivolt typically of very sharp Spikes up and
	  Spikes down in that voltage range,

		at a rate of about ten per second (10 Hertz - and not Herz
		as a German student might inadvertently write it),

		and that pattern of Spikes typically has a duration of
		half a second to several seconds (and such a 'train' of
		Spikes, make up what is called a 'SHUDDER' signal).  [IPA]

These occur together, upon Impact and Connection:

	The Decrease, and added behind that immediately, the Spikes of
	Perceiving the actual Harming INTENTIONS embedded in the Harmful
	Life Energy Particles Perceived.

Together - DECREASE plus Spikes following it - makes a total drop in
 Voltage (within one tenth of a second, or within a second) of

 something in the range of 200 to 500 millivolt, as it is measured
 with a current in the range of 15-20 micro-ampere, and amplified.

 That means typically, on average, a full drop of 250 millivolts or
 more is shown by the device, at the moment of Connection and Impact

	 - when you Perceive and thus get the Impact of looking at
	   l.ron hubbard's Intentions "to Utterly destroy (your and
	   anyone else's) Life,"

	   upon the connection of your Perception Energy (producing
	   typically a 150 millivolt Decrease),

	 - and resulting in an additional, immediate 'Shuddering' Impact
	   (of very many Spikes of typically 100 millivolt, up and down
	   at very roughly similar magnitude, and following the
	   initial drop or Decrease) -

 measured at the hand palm, with typically 20 micro-ampere.

 The Life Energy Fluctuations result in corresponding changes of
 electrical resistance, there,
 
	and that can thus be measured, electronically amplifying
	these changes in resistance, that are in the low frequency
	band of 2 (two) Hz to some 40 (forty) Hz in electronic
	terms - terms you need for electronic amplification.  [IPA]

		Applying the relation between voltage (Volts) and current
		(Ampere),

			and taking into account, that there was an
			amplification of 12x (twelve times)

		you see that you are measuring a CHANGE in resistance of
		some 10 kilo Ohm, occurring within a second (and at times
		even within a tenth of a second)

 at the moment of someone's (your) Perceptional connection to, and
 then, the SHUDDERING impact, (the Spikes) from observing the Harmful
 Energy (of l. ron hubbard, in this example, or of any very severe
 Sociopath).

	This shows not only Professor Dave Touretzky - School of
	Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University - up as a fraud
	and possibly as a "well-Adjusted" Sociopath.*** He likes to be

	The E-meter is a moving coil device (and the electronically
	savvy followers of l. ron hubbard, do write programs to show
	a picture on a computer screen, of a moving needle, as the
	original device does).

	The moving coil mechanically already, and the imitation on the
	screen - filters out any frequency above some 5 (five) Hz, which
	such a device does by its very mechanical nature, and it has
	great trouble even to show 4 or 3 Hz, if it can at all.

	The Harmful Energy pattern, of l. ron hubbard's Intense desire
	and joy to destroy life utterly, does not show on the meter that
	his followers use, at all,

	also because the frequency of that pattern is much too high, AND
	the signal - after they amplify it - is already cut off** before
	it would even show the SHUDDER spikes, cut off as being "too big
	a voltage for the moving coil to handle" that "must be protected
	by voltage-limiting diodes." **
