You are incorrect here on many levels including spelling.

What is written is that instead of being good (Matthew 19:17), we are
commanded by the LORD our Mighty (Isaiah 9:6) GOD to be perfect
(Matthew 5:48).

Your being incorrect here is proof that we need GOD's help to be
perfect.

questions by sharing that GOD is both able and willing to prevent evil

Could be though Germany had far better technology than the allies.
They had a jet fighter plane at the end of WW2.
We are lucky they did not put their knowledge to full use.
