Hello,

I have recently been awarded money for a PhD fellowship and consumables and a little extra for computer, conference, etc.  Do any of you know anyone that may have finished honours or masters recently that might want to do their PhD?  It will be protein based and will involve biosensing of gold.

Please see attached the new opportunity for a PhD scholarship. Anyone who is interested should contact John Bruning.  It is paid for by the ARC centre including consumables (I left the details of the center below).  I will not be primary supervisor but as the work has a huge protein component (included crystallography) they will spend a large portion of their time in my lab.  There are several gold companies involved.  There is also geology,  chemistry, fluorescence, biosensing, and synthetic biology.

This will be based at the University of Adelaide.

Thanks,

John
