Strange error - missing OperationDefinition.php ?

Launched a new farm.  Server comes up quickly but stays in state "initializing."

Scalarizr.log output:

2012-03-08 06:42:40,546 - WARNING - scalarizr.messaging.p2p.producer - Message 'OperationDefinition' not delivered (message_id: b1fcaa59-bd31-49a1-9bb6-d8e73974ec5b)

2012-03-08 06:42:40,547 - ERROR - scalarizr.messaging.p2p.producer - Cannot post message to https://scalr.unvired.com/messaging/log. HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error

The ssl_error_log on the scalr server reports this:

[Thu Mar 08 06:42:40 2012] [error] [client 174.129.165.151] PHP Fatal error:  require_once(): Failed opening required 'Scalr/Messaging/Msg/OperationDefinition.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php:/var/www/html/app/src:/var/www/html/app/src/externals/ZF-1.10.8') in /var/www/html/app/src/autoload.inc.php on line 203

I am unable to find any file called OperationDefinition.php ?  Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Just to add.  Its been working all these days and suddenly died on me.

Latest scalarizr update not compatible with OS version of scalr.
Within the next 8 hours we will release new version of scalarizr which
will work on both scalr.net and old opensource versions of scalr.
