Fourth milestone of Scalaz 7.1.0 released!

Just staged on Sonatype:

"org.scalaz" %% "scalaz-core" % "7.1.0-M4"

for Scala binary versions 2.9.3, 2.10 and 2.11.0-M7.

This is a milestone release for the upcoming 7.1.x series. It is *not*
binary compatible to 7.0.x or any other previous milestone.

There are no large new features this time, but rather quite a number of
minor and major improvements. See the full changelog at [0]. Please have
a look at the list of incompatible changes, too.

Two notable changes:
* full support for Scala 2.11
* no dependency on specs2 any more (this change has been discussed in [1])

For this release, special thanks go to Jason Zaugg who contributed a lot
to make the above changes happen.
