deprecation and type aliases

I'd like to disable deprecation warnings when an inferred type refers to a deprecated type alias.

I came across this problem when porting a build to SBT 0.13. It's pretty frustrating when it happens as you have to ascribe a number of types to make sure the alias doesn't end up in an inferred TypeTree.

Any counterarguments?
