A new archive of test cases is available for the SBML Test Suite. You can download it from
https://sourceforge.net/projects/sbml/files/test-suite/3.1.0/cases-archive/
The 2014-02-27 version of the test cases only changes the SED-ML files, to address the following issues:
* Support for packages ('fbc': uses SED-ML L1v2, 'comp': assumes flattening by libSBML)
* Fixed an issue where time course simulations would yield one additional output point
* Fixed a number of issues with adjustments for amounts and concentrations.
(In the source code, the changes above are implemented in the SED-ML file generator in src/utilities/sedml. This is what is used to produce the -sedml.xml files included in the archive release.)
