[V-B, D10] LTJG T'Katt Dugoras- Evacuations Part 1

(OOC: I realize we are getting past this point so I am not worried about the tags.)

 Delano: Commander Kelrod, Lieutenant Dugoras. If this works, we'll need to pump as much power into the deflector as possible, which will put parts of the ship in danger of high levels of radiation exposure. For safety, I'd like you to coordinate the evacuation of all non-essential personnel from the forward sections of decks 8 through 10. 

Dugoras: Yes sir, on it! 

Kelrod: Ok, on deck eight we have the enlisted quarters, lateral sensor arrays and the engineering storage facility. Deck nine will be enlisted quarters too, primary deflector control, we can reroute it to the bridge, transporter room 3 and the cargo bays. On deck ten the fitness center, the recreation deck and lounge and the chiefs mess. 

:: He turned to Kelrod whom he hadn't spoken to since they first met.:: 

Dugoras: I feel I should go coordinate in person, would you be alright with this? You can send me updates on the situation and I can send you progress reports as we go. 

Kelrod: Better, we’ll go and confirm the evacuation. We’ll get reports from security as we clear them. 

:: Another tremor worked through the ship. And the terminal in front of T'Katt began to blink. He checked it's readings and found that life support was begging to fail. Quickly he looked up and reported this development to Delano.:: 

Dugoras: Sir, life support is at seventy percent and fluctuating... so far it's mainly affecting decks seven and eight. 

Delano: Response 

Kelrod: Deck seven is the core of the ship. Once we have confirmed the evacuation, we’ll move there to help if necessary 

Delano: Response 

:: T'Katt nodded then turned back to Kelrod.:: 

Dugoras: We gotta work fast... 

Kelrod: Then let’s not waste time. We move to deck ten the upwards so when we’re finished we can go to seven in case we’re needed. 

Dugoras: Agreed, it's a plan. 

:: They moved quickly to the turbolift and prepared to head to deck 10 .:: 

Kelrod: Commander Blake, we’ll report to you the progress of the evacuation. Keep us apprised of news on your side. 

Blake: Response 

( Deck 10 ) 

:: Upon arrival, Kelrod pointed in the directions each of them was to go.:: 

Kelrod: You go to the fitness and the pool, I go to the recreation deck, if there’s nothing we meet in the chiefs mess. 

Dugoras: Yes sir.

:: T'Katt moved swiftly through the fitness center and joined rooms checking for personnel. Fortunately, these areas of the ship were only used in recreation and they were currently empty allowing T'Katt to move faster. There was plenty of equipment that had been overturned and thrown around during their engagement so far.::

:: T'Katt and Kelrod met up in the agreed area quickly.:: 

Kelrod: Anything? 

Dugoras: None, the section seems empty...

Kelrod: We can move to deck nine then? 

Dugoras: :: T'Katt nodded.:: Let's go.

:: T'Katt felt relieved to be away from the view screen and the ominous image of the Borg ship on it. They made their way quickly as Kelrod reported to Blake.::

Kelrod: :: Tapping his combadge :: =/\= Kelrod to Blake =/\= 

Blake: Response 

Kelrod: =/\= Non essential areas of deck 10 evacuated, proceeding to deck nine =/\=
