Jorey: Greetings and salutations, everyone. It has been many months since we’ve taken the time to recognize the extraordinary service, gallantry, and achievements of our crew. Following this celebration you will find a wooden box waiting for you in your quarters containing your ribbons.
We’ll begin with the Campaign and Blockbuster awards:
All crew who participated in the “Crisis of Identity” mission and have yet to receive them are awarded the Romulan Campaign Medal, the Orion Syndicate Service Medal and another citation of the War of Shadows Blockbuster Ribbon.
Commander T’Lea and Ensign Riverview, Captain Rahman has asked me to also present you with a citation of the War of Shadows Blockbuster Ribbon for you efforts on the Invicta. Ensign Sorna, Captain Taybrim has also asked that I present you with a citation of the War of Shadows Blockbuster Ribbon.
We have a few Life Saving Ribbons to award:
Doctors Hendon and T’Leira are both awarded a Gold Lifesaving Ribbon for the treatment of all those affected by the Zalkonian bombardment - officer, enlisted and civilian. Doctor Hendon is also awarded a Silver Lifesaving Ribbon for his quick action in saving Admiral Turner on the Discovery-C.
Unsurprisingly with this crew, we have many acts of Gallantry and Heroism to recognize:
The following officers are awarded the Legion of Merit. Major Pavlova for her action in commanding the Bronwyn to hold off Romulan Empire forces. Lt. Oddas for her efforts to keep the Bronwyn in one piece and up and running during the conflict. Ensign T’Leira for her actions to keep Shi’lar safe from harm. T’Mihn for efforts in keeping the Romulan Republic crew safe.
The Following officer are awarded the Distinguished Service Ribbon. Myself, Major Parker, Major Pavlova and Captain Waltas for our action against enemy forces to rescue the Argelian princess and captives. Captain Waltas is also awarded a second citation for his actions against the Zalkonian Terek.
Finally, we have a few General Service Ribbons to award:
Commander T’Lea and Ensign Riverview, Captain Rahman has asked me to also present you with the Explorer's Ribbon.
Lt. Savan, LtCmdr T’Mihn and LtCmdr T’Lea are awarded the Medical Science Ribbon for their inventive treatment to temporarily remove Sanuye's destructive abilities.
Lt. Oddas and LtCmdr T’Lea are awarded the Innovation Ribbon for their innovative design and successful implementation of the TOUPM to get both the Thunder and Discovery back to Duronis safely.
The following officers are awarded the Purple Heart for sustaining personal injury in the line of duty: Major Pavlova, Major Parker, and Captain Waltas.
Finally, after her will being subverted and forced to be a prisoner in her own mind, Admiral Turner is awarded the Prisoner of War Ribbon.
Congratulations to everyone! I would now like to invite Admiral Turner to come and make a few more presentations.
Turner: :: Applauding the ribbon winners as she stepped up to Jorey, and smiled:: Thank you, Brayden. Excellent job as usual.:: She paused a moment to look across the faces of her crew.:: You know, I have to be the luckiest Commanding Officer in the Fleet to have such extraordinary brilliant and gallant peoples serving with me. Whether you have served for years at the Embassy like Major Parker or have just arrived like Ensign Sorna, you all have brought with you special gifts and personalities that make any obstacle easily overcome. And for that reason, each of you will find my Captain’s Commendation within that box of ribbons. It’s my way of applauding your efforts with something tangible. I’m very proud of all that you’ve accomplished in the past and your future accomplishments, of which, I’m certain will be many.
::She paused a moment to applause her crew, then called some of them to come stand by her.::
Turner: Would Ensign Stelin and Lieutenants Oddas and Savan please come forward.
::She waited until they were standing beside her, moved in front of Ensign Stelin, and spoke.::
Turner: Ensign Stelin, for your enthusiasm in doing your job, keeping us abreast of the latest Intelligence, and for accomplishing the tasks of your rank, I hereby promote you to Lieutenant Junior Grade with all the duties and amenities due that rank. ::At that point she retrieved a half pip from her pocket and pinned it on his shirt, and when she was finished shook his hand.:: Congratulations, Lieutenant Stelin! Well done!

Turner: Lieutenant Savan, for your extraordinary leadership during the Romulan and Orion conflict last summer, I promote you to the rank of Lieutenant Commander with all the duties and amenities due that rank.::Pinning another half pip on his shirt to go with his two full pips, she shook his hand:: Congratulations, Lieutenant Commander.

As the crew applauded Savan, she stepped in front of Oddas.
Turner: Lieutenant Oddas, for your innovative ideas in keeping the keeping the Embassy, and USS Thunder -A running as properly as possible, and for fulfilling your duties required of the ship and the to the fleet as a whole, I promote you to the rank of Lieutenant Commander with all the duties and amenities due that rank.:: Attaching the half pip to her cover-up, she shook her hand.:: Congratulations Lieutenant Commander. Good Job!
