:: Ceciri had been setting up the lab, including the rather interesting container for nebular gasses. The joy of it is that she would need to also get some of the more difficult supplies. That said, she needed to present herself formally to Selene, confirm her recent medical records were transmitted to Medical and ensure that the counselor here -who was on a warpath for a good reason- knew she had been cleared on station. Oh, and wear a .. ballgown? ::

oO The Starfleet Ball really seems rather .. outdated. Oo ::Ceciri had a traditional Cygnian gown, but given that it wouldn’t be allowed in a Terran setting, she had just gotten one of the traditional cultures of Terra – a kimono – instead when she had to get all new clothes, ‘thanks’ to her mother. That was backlogged in her mind. ::

:: Ceciri walked over to her station, and smiled as she read the confirmations. Her updated records – including a need for a check every three weeks to ensure there were no more complications – had been transferred.  Her clearance from the station counselor had been transferred. Which was all well and good. She didn’t want to bother the counselor when she was hurriedly trying to clear everyone from that hellish incident on Pariah. ::

oO They need it far more than I do. Oo :: Part of her felt guilty she hadn’t been able to help, but she knew that she would have just been captured as well. At least now she was able to maintain her mental defenses, and her telepathic .. something.. was under control. The news coming from the homeworld wasn’t any help though, and she had to wonder when that would end. With a deep breath, she headed out to the station. ::

:: Ceciri knocked on Faranfey’s door, and waited for permission to be let in. ::

Faranfey: ?

:: Ceciri smiled a bit as she walked in, although the changes were more pronounced on her now that they had settled. Her ears were testimony, although her eyes were a bit paler now.  Not to mention the various body changes that thankfully had not included heart problems. She extended a PADD, and after her counseling sessions, allowed herself a genuine smile. She preferred ship duty to station duty, although setting up that security net for Faranster had been an interesting challenge ::

Hakashri: Hello, Captain.  Here are my orders reassigning me to your ship if you’ll have me. It has my medical and counseling clearances.

Faranfey: ?

:: An interesting question. Ceciri had heard of the incident – the grapevine of a Starfleet ship moved faster than warp 9.99 - but there were so many legitimate causes of that… ::

Hakashri: Ah, I’ve been up to date on what happened on Pariah and afterwards. I regret I couldn’t help you more. But, I’m here to help now.

Faranfey: ?

Hakashri: I’m fine. Mostly. ::shrugs:: The changes on balance were about the same. I just need to work on maintaining my mental balance. It’s different now. Harder, I’d say.

Faranfey: ?
