Vetri: We really need to get you an official hat or something.
tr'Khellian: A Toque Blanche? Sure.
Vetri: ::smiling:: That, or just change your job description entirely.
tr'Khellian: ::smiling offering the Captain a small bit sized portion.:: I have been working on reproducing the flavors for a while now. I was hoping it would remind folks of the dessert I used to make on Eden.
:: Snagging something tasty-looking, she eyed it for a moment before shrugging and popping it into her mouth.::
Vetri: Hmm. Interesting
T’Lea: Have you made any progress with your arm?
tr’Khellian: Only at 5% now.
:: She glanced at his “injured” limb and raised an eyebrow of suspicion, and
then seemed to change the subject by commenting on the food, or perhaps she was
commenting on his reply.::
T’Lea: It is over-seasoned.
::The first officer walked over::
Dickens: Uhm... who brought that?
tr'Khellian: A little something I whipped up.
Dickens: :: taking one :: Are you trying to expand your curriculum?
tr'Khellian: I figured I needed a backup in case the Intel business runs dry.
Dickens: It tastes quite good. I'll talk of your abilities with our bartender, I'm sure he'll appreciate your abilities. :: smiling :: And maybe make you impress us in the next celebration we have on board.
tr'Khellian: it would be my pleasure.
:: The meeting started right away and the Capt. turned to all department heads requesting updates. tr’Khellian stayed focused on his padd and looked up in the Capt. addressed him directly:
Vetri: tr'Khellian, if we can tear you away
from your culinary pastimes, anything new come in we need to know?
tr'Khellian: it seems the Cardassians have been selling armaments to both sides
of the Romulan Klingon conflict. Weapon platforms as well as dirty bombs. There
is a rumor going around that breakaway mercenary units made up of Jem Hadar are
hiring themselves out to both sides.
Vetri: Co-ordinate with Li if you need to. ::shifting her attention:: Tan, how
are we Ops side?
::tr’Khellian turned his attention to the padd finishing out a few reports to SFI.::
:: Later in the meeting the Capt. gave out some uniform candy. In turn tr’Khellian caught the eye of Tobias, Burns and Jolara giving each a nod and a smile of congratulations.::
