Sanskrit Blog Automation

Hello Experts,

I wanted to write a website that automates entering sanskrit original(prose or verse)-anvayartha-tatparya-analysis  and present any combination of the same based on user input and allow pdf generation of the same. 

Not only that, that tatparya and anvayartha should be in any vernacular, not just english (for example kannada).

I initially thought of doing this manually as a blog but it is taking a lot of time.Then I thought I should write it myself using django but before that I want to know if there is a better framework. Request the experts to please comment.
