I stumbled upon http://www.cfilt.iitb.ac.in/mitweb/ . So now the list of metre identifier tools goes like:
  1. Tools to identify metre(D, S, IITB). Code only: (C, C2).
​@keshav - is the source code open source?​ How many metres can it identify?
