making wikimedia bots

namaste friends, 

The ocr project required making a wikimedia API bot to upload ocr texts - though it is yet to be approved (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bots/Requests_for_approval/sanskritnlpbot)

Thanks to some old Java library, making a wiki bot was actually not too tough (see code linked in the wiki approval request), and I have a few ideas for some other bots (including wiktionary and wikiquote ones​). So I think we can contribute to the betterment of sanskrit wiki sites. (<-- something for you to consider as well).
