Stardict file from IITS Koeln for Apte dictionary

Namaste,

 The current startdict file for the "Apte, Vaman Shivaram. Revised and enlarged edition of Prin. V. S. Apte's The practical Sanskrit-English dictionary." that I find in many repositories has the issue of what I call "0-lopah" where the 0's in the entries have disappeared.

 I found that the dictionary in IITS Koeln does not have this problem. If it is available, can someone here point me to the corresponding dict file that is compatible to Stardict?

 Sorry if this has been addressed here before. If it has indeed been addressed, I would appreciate if you point me to that discussion.
