Certificate course in Sanskrit

Can someone suggest a certificate course (online) either from an Indian or American Insititution?  Duration could be 1 year.  Medium of instruction needs to be English.

How about an Australian University? Class meets weekly via an internet web conference. The text book and assignments are pre-loaded and sent to you on an iPad.
