कथमिदं सम्भव:

सुप्तोsस्ति माधवो ह्यत्र

महदानन्दपूर्वकम्।

विचिन्तयति सा माता

खादति मृतिकां कथं।।1।।

कणमपि न पश्यामि

माधवस्य मुखाम्बुजे।

तथापिमृतिकाभक्षी

कथमिदं हि सम्भव:।।2।।

नास्ति स धावने वीर:

वदति नानृतं कदा।

मयासहैव सुप्त: स:

कथमिदं हि सम्भव:।।4।।

प्राते पिबति दुग्धं स:

तर्हि खादति ओदनम्।

अतिबालो मुकुन्दो वै

कथमिदं हि सम्भव:।।4।।

अग्रे पश्यामि गोविन्दं

हृदयानन्दकारकम्।

मृषावदन्ति बाला ते 

कथमिदं हि सम्भव:।।5।।गणान्तरात्।
