Transliterator enhanced with All Indian Scripts

Dear All:

I have done several enhancements to my Transliterator.

Most important is speed streamlining and now larger texts are getting processed in very low time.

All Indian Scripts have been introduced but I am not sure how the output is correct.

For every Language I will be happy to work with volunteers who can point the errors. I may introduce Tibetan/Simhala/Thai etc if these follow the same pattern as Other Indic Language Tools.

I have also moved my Monier Williams Sanskrit Dictionary under the indicTools umbrella.

Namaste Chetanji,

Amazing effort, to create such tools, which are easy to use. I will try out all three of those. 

Apart from this, I'm looking for Mudgala Puranam with hindi translation, I found a PDF in archive.org but scan quality is bad in few pages.

I too have worked on transliteration of Brahmi derived scripts and
developed a javascript based tool for it. I feel that these tools will
prove to be much useful if -

1) it is extended to Burmese, Thai, Khmer, Javanese and other east
asian scripts,

2) As there is lack of one-to-one mapping for some of the varNas of
some of the scripts, some solution should be agreed. For example, what
should be done for Tamil <==>Devanagari transliteration?

3) Such tools should come in a variety of shades- those that
transliterate a given webpage directly into script of one's choice,
should also be developed.

4) Some of the transliteration tools can have option to 'translate'
some most common words of the source language too. (into which
language?)

   I Open indicTools-dictionary.jar - a window appears entitled Monier Williams Sanskrit English Dictionary.

   I click Enter, with 'shiva, shakkti' in the input box - but nothing happens, the large output box remains empty.


I am running Windows Pro on a desktop PC.
I have downloaded the three '2 days ago' jar files, indicTools-transliterator, indicTools-sandhi, and indicTools-dictionary,

Please advise,

I don't have Mudgal Purana.

@all

Do see the newer JARs and they will transliterate from all Indian Languages to All Others and all the other formats.

Still looking out for volunteer input who can find errors in transliteration like Bangla v will generate a Dabba[].
